One of the branch of international activity of SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers”, where intensive work is performed, is organization of information and consulting provision of development of cooperation between business circles of Ukraine and Republic Tajikistan, creation of business contacts of business representatives, creation of information and business networks in order to arranging of interaction of enterprises of different types of ownership ob both countries.

With this aim delegation of SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers” at the head of General Director of the company Yu. M. Taratorin visited Republic Tajikistan within the period from July 19 to 24, 2004.

During the visit to Republic Tajikistan some meeting were conducted with Minister of Communications and Energy of Republic Tajikistan, Deputy Chairman of State Committee of Republic Tajikistan on management of state property, Director of state enterprise on sale of objects of privatization, Chairman of Board of Directors of JSC 'TADES-GROUP', General Director – Chairman of Board of  'Tajiktelecom', General Director of  JSC 'Sokhtmoni-MAHSUS' and other chief executive servants where further directions and ways for development of mutually profitable cooperation between Republic Tajikistan and Ukraine.

In the result of conducted negotiations agreements were reached and protocol of intent was signed and agreements were signed  between SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers” and:

·  Ministry of Energy – for provision of consulting assistance of SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers”  in development of normative legal documents on issues of restructuring and demonopolization of enterprises of power engineering industry of Republic Tajikistan;

·  Ministry of Communication - for provision of consulting assistance of SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers”  in development of normative legal documents on issues of restructuring and privatization of telecommunication sector;

·  State Committee of Republic Tajikistan  on management of state property – for organization and conducting tenders among participants of joint projects, independent participation in joint projects based on the separate agreements, joint sale of real estate objects, assistance in conducting consulting, property evaluation, organization of production and  business establishing and other.

Based on the results  of the negotiations with Chairman of Board  of Directors of JSC 'TADES-GROUP' SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers” received the inquiry for delivery of engineering and other machinery, cable products and other.

Based on the results  of the negotiations with  General Director of ' Sokhtmoni-MAHSUS ' ' SJSC “National Networks of Auction Centers” received the inquiry for delivery of engineering and construction machinery and spare parts to them.
