As far back as 1997 at the General meeting of shareholders we took a decision to perform the restructuring at the enterprise. This issue became the most topical for the whole collective of the joint stock company. Restructuring process itself represents a complex of measures of special character aimed to survival of an enterprise in crisis conditions. Experts of SJSC “National Network of Auction Centres” came to help us, developed together with the management a project of restructuring of the joint stock company. Like we Company’s experts saw the result of development of the restructuring project and its further implementation of negotiation of existing at the enterprise problems by means of formation of optimal organizational structure and management organizational structure, efficient structure of assets, debts restructuring and development of perspective kinds of activity. One of the main directions of restructuring became the formation on the base of the company property with involvement of investors of independent subjects of business activity, capable to work efficiently in modern market conditions. The Company’s experts provided also information support f the project by means of placement advertisements about search of investors for the enterprise on their own Web-сайте in Internet. It should be mentioned that the project prepared by the Companys experts was highly appraised by Board and   Supervisory Board of the company. The project was developed on the high professional level. We are satisfied with our cooperation with SJSC “National Network of Auction Centres”  and have our view to continue our business relationships.

As on January 1, 1999 our enterprise was in rather complicated state. Existing at that time industrial, technological and goods structure, level of the enterprise expenses didn’t meet the conditions of those market conditions which existed at that time. Considerable part of the markets was lost, product demand significantly decreased, its structure changed. Internal market was in the state of depression and main product consumers, agricultural complex enterprises, as a rule, became unable to pay. That is why it was rather difficult for an enterprise to get an order on Ukrainian market. At the same time clients’ requirements to conditions of delivery and product quality under conditions of significant decrease of their ability to pay increased continuously. Very large volumes of fixed-capital assets, expenses on their keeping, low level of use of industrial capacities jeopardized further efficient use and keeping of production capacity without performing radical changes in organizational and law structure of the enterprise. Main production with the aim of its keeping required immediate remission from separate expenses connected with maintenance of structural subdivisions, search of the most radical forms of use of internal reserves of increase of its efficiency. Without having the sufficient experience and knowledge we applied to experts of SJSC “National Network of Auction Centres” for help. They developed the project of restructuringqualitative and substantial intellectual product which included analysis of the enterprise financial state, market outlets, organizational structure, technical and economic substantiation of the necessity of conducting the restructuring. Project prepared by the experts of the Company and coordinated with Board determined tendencies and forecast of the enterprise development contains of business, financial and economic, law, technical measures aimed to enhancement of attraction as an investment   of the enterprise, increase of volume of production of competitive goods, increase of production efficiency. Formation on the base of the company property in the process of restructuring of independent subjects of entrepreneurial activity let them plan independently their activity, to form income, personnel policy, wage system, to provide high level of own responsibility for observation of economy regime, creation of special microclimate initiating the development of creativeness  in every subdivision, at every workplace. Thanks to this it became possible keeping of main production capacities, market development, reduction of main expenses and increase of scopes of orders, extension of goods range at the expense active work on the external market with the real and potential client. Implementing Plan of measures on restructuring suggested by the experts of SJSC “National Network of Auction Centres” we step by step move to the set objective – to make our enterprise to be profitable and successful. I would like to mention our joint work. It was very interesting to cooperate with the experts of the Company. They presented on our consideration and approval the professionally developed project, contents and quality of which met all the conditions of regulatory documents. Besides we got a great satisfaction form the communication. In general this work is very laborious, Вообще, данная робота очень кропотливая, many-sided, it requires knowledge, competence and great patience.
